Condoleezza Rice is Delusional
Check out this report on CNN. It’s a collection of quotes from a recent interview with Condoleezza Rice. I had a hard time not laughing as I read through her statements. The one that really made me laugh was actually the very first claim cited – that people will soon thank George W. Bush for what he’s done. How does one even say such a thing with a straight face?
She needs to share whatever drugs she’s on with the rest of us. It must be nice to live in bizzaro world.

Out of Context #0028
Friend: I realized something today.
Friend: Women are willing to give birth to children, endure liposuction, pluck their eyebrows, and use hot wax to remove hair from their pubic area.
Mr. Pink: Right. So what?
Friend: You ever hear them bitch about how much those things hurt?
Mr. Pink: Not really, why?
Friend: Ever tried to put your dick in a girl’s ass?
Mr. Pink: Wow.
Mr. Pink: You, sir, are one of today’s great thinkers.
Out of Context #0027
Friend: I think it’s time for me to upgrade my computer.
Mr. Pink: Oh yeah?
Friend: Yeah. I hit the “Calculator” key on my keyboard today and the whole system locked up and crashed.
Mr. Pink: …I don’t know how to respond to that.
Friend: I responded by going and getting a beer.
Black Gold: A Film About Coffee and Trade
If you drink coffee, then you need to check out Black Gold. It’s a film about the (rather fucked up) world of coffee trade. I knew that fair trade was a big deal but this movie will really open your eyes to what’s actually going on.
You can visit the official website here. I’ve also embedded the trailer below.
White House: Israeli Violence is Hamas’ Fault
The White House has placed blame for the current violence between Israel and Palestine on Hamas, the group that controls Gaza. Nevermind the fact that the Israeli response to Hamas attacks has been as disproportionate as Russia’s response to Georgia’s actions last summer. What happened to the old “an eye for an eye” policy? It seems more like “your whole fucking family, all of your friends, both of your dogs, and your car for an eye” these days.
The fact that we’re allies with Israel has always bothered me. While I don’t have a problem with Israeli people, I do have a big problem with their weasely-ass government and the pansy tactics that their military employs.
Sumo Paint: Photoshop in an Internet Browser
Somebody sent me a link to Sumo Paint the other day and I finally got a chance to check it out this morning. All I can say is, “Wow.”
It’s a nearly complete clone of Photoshop that runs neatly inside of an Internet browser. I don’t even want to think about how much programming must have gone into this.
