Freeware Mission has posted an incredible round-up of 72 freeware PC applications that should cover just about anything you could want or need out of a computer. I use quite a few of the apps on the list. They give great descriptions of each and links to download locations.

Kobe Bryant Fears Dog Shit
Marc Ecko, a writer for Complex magazine, had a chance to sit down with basketball star Kobe Bryant for a one on one interview. Marc made the mistake of asking Kobe what he’s afraid of. Kobe’s answer: dogshit. You can read an excerpt from the interview in this Deadspin post.
Apparently, fear of feces is called coprophobia. Go figure.

I ran across F*** My Life randomly earlier today. It’s relatively new but there are already some hilarious entries. It’s a good time waster.
Breakbeat Electro on Monome 128
You don’t see the Monome 128 too often. This guy uses one to rock out in Ableton with a cool breakbeat electro jam. He really gets it going strong with the scratch samples.
