As you can see, it’s an incredible portrait of Leonardo da Vinci. It was done by Saimir Strati, a truly gifted artist from Albania. This piece actually holds a Guinness World Record for being the world’s largest nail portrait. The photos are from 2006.

Strati is now reportedly working on a massive, detailed portrait of a horse done entirely in wooden toothpicks.
