Zero Punctuation Rips F.E.A.R. 2 Apart
Zero Punctuation, the world’s most famous video game review show, took a serious bite out of the mess that is F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin. You can watch the video here. I’ve always been a big fan of ZP but this one really had me rolling because I’d already made up my mind that I didn’t like the game.

Banned from XBL for Being a Lesbian?
There’s a crazy article on The Consumerist about a girl who was supposedly banned from XBox Live because she said in her profile that she’s a lesbian. According to her account, she was told that other users of the popular online gaming service found her sexuality offensive and they didn’t want their kids exposed to it. What the fuck?
First and foremost, gamers love lesbians. Gamers love anything with boobs and a vagina, actually. Second, why the hell are people letting young children play games on XBL? It’s a cess pool of violence, foul language, racism, and homophobia. It always has been and it always will be.

Nintendo NES to DS Mod
I think this is the first great handheld mod of 2009. As you’ll see after the jump (or in the video below), it’s an NES controller modded to work with a Nintendo DS as a full emulator controller. Pretty rad, if you ask me. I haven’t touched my DS in months due to a general lack of time and/or new games to play. This, however, just might get me back into the habit.
