Scientologists Banned from Wikipedia

In a landmark move, the board in charge of Wikipedia voted unanimously (with one abstention) to ban the Church of Scientology and its associates from editing articles on the site.

Fucking owned.

    Checkmate. At no time should religion attempt to use scientific vocabulary to position itself as an academic discipline. Religion is religion, and science is science. They have received an intellectual spanking on the ass. But, the Church of Scientology is notorious for chasing down (litigiously) those who dare speak ill of them. You can bet your buttons that legal proceedings are in the workings. (I havent read the article, I was just fired up by your headline).
