The problem is that these are cops who did not become cops to help people. They are in need of adrenaline and are constantly craving that shot of adrenaline when they get called out. Usually tackling a drunk to the ground or a high speed chase would give them their adrenaline but the only way they could get their fix in this case was to whip out their tazers and start shooting a helpless victim.
What the fuck. I don’t care how the cops put it, if they feel the only way they can handle a kid of has jumped off a bridge with a broken back is to tazer him then they should be locked up.
