Knife Comb
Thanks to an inventive Italian (who else) designer named Lorenzo Damiani, you can now style your hair and stab somebody to death with the same neat tool! There are even have several styles to choose from!
You can buy one of your very own right here. Sadly, they’re $29, which is a bit steep for a comb. There’s also the fact that you’d probably get arrested if you whipped this thing out in public or – worse – tried to carry it onto an airplane.

I’m Back, I Think…
First of all, let me start out by saying I hate contract work. But that’s not your concern. In fact, you can completely disregard this post if you’ve been paying attention for the last month or so as you already knew that my posts here have been absent.
I’ve been spending the last few days catching up on the last few weeks’ worth of tech, gaming, and general Internet news only to find out that I might as well not have even been too busy to read it. Isn’t this supposed to be the time of year when companies shamelessly whore new products so that parents have heard of them by the time the holidays roll around?
Most of the news I read comes from tech blogs, so I hit those first only to discover that there’s been little news of any real significance. Windows 7 continues to look great, just like Vista did according to reviews of RC2 and RTM. And those review sites continue to advertise MS products and receive advance copies of the latest software by dealing good reviews in spades. All the while, Snow Leopard came out and Mac people started looking for things wrong with it and reporting what programs weren’t compatible. Go figure.
The i5 chipset is now available, if you want to jump on an overly expensive platform with only one supported CPU. The performance numbers do look good but I don’t know if the performance to cash ratio is as good as a Phenom II right now.
Not much going on in gaming – at least not in areas that I follow. The PS3 Slim is a lot quieter and has much better audio quality than the original, same in pretty much every other performance measure. Maybe the software update did more for the audio quality than the newer hardware. shrug.
I was walking through Target the other day and saw a sign among their Halloween stuff; Skelanimals, the newest craze in cute. Hasn’t that shit been all over Hot Topic and the like for years? That’s like me telling you that Beanie Babies are a hot new trend. Oh, well. They did have something else pretty cool to make up for it. Yes, it’s kind of lame but it was pretty fun at work for a day. Also, Ghostbusters is out on Blu-Ray. If any of you have seen it, please let me know whether it’s any good in the comments.
I did happen to catch Conan the other night and it was like a ray of sunshine.
Nintendo Wii Price Drop Has Dropped
Rumors have been flying for about a week but it’s now official – Amazon has dropped their price on the Nintendo Wii to $200. If you pick one up, however, keep in mind that Wii Sports Resort will see a price increase soon to include a second Motion Plus. Quite the deal for another $10, if you ask me.

Out of Context #0166
Friend: She pooped in my car, dude.
Mr. Pink: What?
Friend: She got falling down drunk and she pooped in my fucking Acura.
Mr. Pink: You need to stop picking up chicks at bars, dude.
