Funny is a point of view. If this was anyone else but a cop, the person would be in serious legal trouble for kicking the cat away, even though its obvious the cat isn’t hurt. Otherwise it wouldn’t keep coming back.
If this guy wasn’t a cop – well, I can see this clip being shown over and over with dark, melodramatic music on some show like America’s Most Wanted.
