Google to Crawl the Web In Real Time

It’s official. Google will soon begin crawling the web in real time, aggregating content from social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and TwitPic as well as blogs and other publishing platforms. This is a major step forward for the search giant and could very well put them in a Yahoo! and Bing killing position.

1. Umm, Bing has had deals in place to do this with Twitter and Facebook content since late October.
