Seven current and former Walmart employees are suing the retail giant over a surveillance camera found in a unisex bathroom at one of their Pennsylvania stores – the Easton store, to be precise. The camera was installed by two employees in the store’s loss prevention department. Lawyers for three of the people involved in the lawsuit claim that they were terminated for complaining about the camera.
A Walmart spokesman claims that the employees responsible for installing the camera have been terminated from the company. No one seems to know how long the camera was there, however, and there’s no telling whether anyone recorded anything.
