Hand Job Nail and Spa

They’re probably sort of lax on their definition of “spa”.

Performance Bicycle Book Caddy

If you’ve ever thought that it might be fun to die in a horrible bicycle accident, then the Performance Bicycle Book Caddy is just the gadget for you!

I wish that this were a joke. It’s not. You can buy one for your bike right here.

For the low, low price of just $15, you can look like an absolute jackass and run the risk of being hit by a car or, better yet, you could slam into a tree at full speed!

Seriously, who comes up with this shit? I’m amazed that this isn’t a joke.

Terry McGraw Outs the Apple Tablet

Terry McGraw, the CEO of McGraw-Hill, beat Steve Jobs to the punch and outed the Apple Tablet today. Here’s a direct excerpt from his CNBC interview.

“Yeah, Very exciting. Yes, they’ll make their announcement tomorrow on this one. We have worked with Apple for quite a while. And the Tablet is going to be based on the iPhone operating system and so it will be transferable.

So what you are going to be able to do now — we have a consortium of e-books. And we have 95% of all our materials that are in e-book format on that one. So now with the tablet you’re going to open up the higher education market, the professional market. The tablet is going to be just really terrific.”

Apple has a media event scheduled tomorrow. They’re either going to announce a tablet or there’s going to be a violent revolution among their fanboys.

Halo Wars and Dead Rising “On Demand” On XBL

Halo Wars and Dead Rising are now available “on demand” through Xbox Live. Halo Wars comes in at $30 and Dead Rising is priced at $20. That’s rather steep if you ask me but then again, all of the “on demand” titles are expensive. If only Microsoft would follow the Steam model, then I might have more interest in buying full console titles in a digital format.

Assassin’s Creed II: PC Version Pricing, Features, and Release Date Made Public

It looks like Assassin’s Creed II hits the PC on March 16th. It’s going to cost a rather steep $60 but includes both of the DLC packs – the Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities – that console gamers have to pay for individually.

I’ve already thoroughly trounced the game on the Xbox 360, so I’ll be passing. If you happen to have a badass gaming machine, however, then this is not a game to miss. There’s a lot of fun to be had and the story is exceptional both in depth and length.
