Exactly why I want my supreme court justices, representative in congress, my senators, and my president to be smarter than me. If you can hold a normal conversation with ANY of those people, that’s a big sign not to vote for them.

This would be a red flag for me if I COULDN’T hold a conversation with them. You think being able to communicate with these people is a BAD thing?
If they talk legal jargon all the time and the politicians themselves makes no sense, who is to say the laws the write will make any sense?
Laws should be simple and concise, and not open to interpretation by a few.
