Entire Family Arrested for Shoplifting at Walmart
NBC Philadelphia reports that an entire family was arrested for shoplifting at a Walmart in Upper Moreland. I think the following excerpt says it all.
Police arrested 84-year-old Ronald, 65-year-old Toni, 45-year-old Robin, 19-year-old Candice and 21-year-old Dreden on charges ranging from theft and conspiracy to possession of an instrument of crime.
It’s one thing to try to take down Walmart when you’re a 19 year old punk kid… but to involve your 84 year old grandfather is just wrong. (Of course, grandpa could’ve been the ringleader. I’m making some big assumptions.)

Verka Serduchka
This is Andriy Mykhailovych Danylko, better known as his drag queen alter ego Verka Serduchka, “a flamboyant middle aged woman and train conductor”. Andriy is a Ukrainian comedian, pop singer, and dancer. He represented Ukraine as Verka in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. He placed second. The video of his performance is below.

Gaming Addiction and Children
The Lancashire Evening Post did a bit on gaming addiction and children recently. This line stood out to me (pardon the pun).
And one expert today warned two hours of playing games produces the same high as taking a line of cocaine.
I’m not going to argue that video game addiction isn’t a problem but to say that playing a video game and doing a line of cocaine produce the same general effect is just… laughable.
