A team at the Microsoft Research division has developed a method to “deblur” photos using a combination of cheap accelerometers and gyroscopes similar to the motion detection technology found in the iPhone 4. With a bit of fine tuning and some scaling, this “shaky hand” feature could easily be implemented into future cameras.
