One Armed DJ Sets New World Record
Nkosinathi Maphumulo, a one armed DJ who goes by the stage name Black Coffee, set a new world record by spinning a sixty hour set at a charity event in Johannesburg, South Africa this past weekend. Maphumulo did it to raise money for his Black Coffee Foundation, which provides support to disabled people.

AOL Buys TechCrunch
Another one bites the dust.
AOL CEO Tim Armstrong was on hand at the TechCrunch Disrupt event yesterday to help the popular tech blog’s editor-in-chief Michael Arrington announce that the two have sold out (once again) and formed an unholy alliance. The rumor is that AOL acquired the blog for somewhere in the range of $25 to $40 million.
I really don’t understand AOL’s business model anymore. It just doesn’t make any sense.
