Angeles Duran, a 49 year old woman from Spain, has claimed ownership over the sun. It sounds strange but she somehow managed to convince a local notary public to register it as her property. Duran is now planning to charge everyone who uses the sun, giving most of the proceeds back to the Spanish government and toward a campaign to stop hunger.

I love it. I need to do that for the moon. Charge boaters to use my tide making device.
My wife and I agreed that when she takes possession of the Sun, we’re going to file a class action law suit against her for all of the sunburns and skin cancer caused by her property! LMAO
Excellent, now I know who’s responsible for the sun rising every morning. Please stop your property from shining through my windows every morning or I will sue you. Also, you are hereby requiered to pay me a fee for exposing me to ultraviolet radiation and possibly giving me skin cancer.
@RockabillyHog I would sign that.
