It looks like the FBI, ICE, and DOJ are once again launching an attack on illegal torrents search engines and online retailers dabbling in counterfeit goods. This time, they took down Torrent Finder and a handful of domains pointing to websites selling fake merchandise.

All 57, Huh?

I decided to screenshot this because there’s a good chance that someone on the Palin web team is going to correct the headline. But in case they don’t, you can see it for yourself.

Between this and her calling North Korea an ally to the United States a few days ago, I can’t help but wonder how retarded people have to be to think that this woman is qualified to take orders at McDonald’s, let alone run our country.

Edit: Yes, I read the article before posting the screenshot. Yes, I understand that she was poking fun at Obama’s “57 states” comment, which he made while on the campaign trail in Beaverton, Oregon. My point was that she’s trying to spin herself as a competent politician by making herself look like an idiot.

U.S. Continues to Contact Allies Regarding Wikileaks

The United States government has added Iraq, Turkey, and Russia as countries that it has spoken to in recent days regarding the next Wikileaks disclosure.

Meanwhile, the British government has issued a “D-Notice” to the media regarding news stories about any new Wikileaks disclosures. (A D-Notice, or Defense Notice, is a voluntary suppression of certain categories of information on the advice of the government.)

Things are certainly heating up. Whatever Assange and co. have this time must be ugly.
