The Legend of Minecraft
Minecraft player Roman DeNu spent more than 100 hours building the overworld map from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past as a 512 x 512 x 104 Minecraft map.
According to Kotaku, “he has plans to continue the project with a complete reproduction of the Dark World and all of the buildings, caves, and dungeons from the game.”

Hugh Hefner to Marry Former Playboy Playmate
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, 84, announced on Christmas, via Twitter, that he will marry Crystal Harris, 24, December 2009′s Playmate of the Month.
This will be the third time that Hefner has been married. He was first married in 1949 to a woman named Mildred Williams. Hefner and Williams divorced in 1959, three decades before Harris was born.

2011: The Biggest Year In PC Shooter History?
It’s been a relatively drab year for PC shooter fans. Aside from solid ports of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Battlefield: Bad Company 2, there were no real standouts – especially in the area of platform exclusives. Virtually anything worth playing was also available – and more popular on – the Xbox 360 and/or PS3.
Fortunately, 2011 is shaping up to be a different story entirely. In fact, it may turn into one of the biggest years in PC shooter history. Below is a rundown of games that we can expect to see released as well as games that are likely to be announced. Rockstar Doubles Red Dead Redemption XP Until 2011
If you play Red Dead Redemption multiplayer, it might be a good idea to log some time between now and the new year, as Rockstar has doubled the amount of experience points that you receive through the end of 2010!

Soul Calibur V “Announced”
Yesterday, lead Soul Calibur IV designer Daishi Odashima opened a Twitter account to spread some serious Christmas cheer to fans of the series.
Let’s just hope that Kilik and Mitsurugi receive the nerf that they’ve always deserved.
