The gigantic revolver pictured in the photo below is The Raging Judge. It looks like a toy but it’s actually a real firearm capable of shooting shotgun shells. Sadly, we won’t be seeing these in the United States. It was pulled from the Taurus USA booth at the SHOT gun show this past week after it was ruled to be a short barreled shotgun (SBS), not a revolver.
They’re apparently still working on a rifle version, however.
It’s only a 28 gauge(yeah, only…) I don’t know why they didn’t rifle the barrel on this thing to begin with (not because it makes shooting it better, but because gun laws in this country are retarded)
We can still buy this version here in the states though, we just have to pay out the nose to get it licensed…
No different than the Taurus Judge or Circuit Judge, the first one is a revolver that shoots either .410 shotshell or 45 Colt, and the second is a carbine version of that. I would love to get my hands on either one, but since I live in the republik of kalifornia, its a no go.
Can you imagine someone whipping one of these things out in front of you? You wouldn’t even need to load it. People would shit bricks at the mere sight.
