A group of Japanese hackers have already cracked the Nintendo 3DS and figured out how to get an R4 cartridge working. (An R4 is a modified game cartridge that allows you to play homebrew and backups of NDS games.)
I’m guessing that it will only be a matter of weeks before someone breaks through the new copy protection for 3DS titles – and then Nintendo will be in the exact same boat they were with the original DS and DS Lite.
In the same boat as the DS and DS Lite? You mean overwhelming successes that printed money?
I meant piracy-wise. Of course it’s going to sell well.
