German Girl Finds Snake In Toilet
A seven year old girl in Germany got the scare of a lifetime over the weekend after finding a seven foot boa constrictor in the toilet. Her mother called police but by the time they got there the snake had disappeared back into the sewer pipe.
Authorities believe the snake to be an escaped pet.
Leaked Screenshot Reveals Mortal Kombat 9 Roster
Someone leaked a screenshot of the character selection screen for Mortal Kombat 9. It’s an interesting mix of old and new fighters. You can probably figure out who’s who from the image but if not, Kotaku has a breakdown.
Spoiler: Some of the fighters are DLC. It’s sad that even NetherRealm is jumping on the “announce DLC before the game is even out on the market” bandwagon.

Netflix, Miramax Nearing Huge Deal
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Netflix and Miramax are close to signing a deal that would bring more than 700 films from Miramax’s library to Watch Instantly.
In case you’re wondering, Wikipedia has a complete list of everything Miramax has ever released. There are some great movies in the mix.
