White iPhone Arrives at Best Buy April 27th
Remember a little over a week ago when Apple finally confirmed the fabled white iPhone 4 was due for release sometime in spring? Well, it’s actually been spring for over a month and if the rumors are true, Best Buy is going to start selling the phone this Wednesday.
An internal inventory sheet leaked to several sites today shows the AT&T GSM model as “in stock” beginning this week. Rumor is that the Verizon version will also make an appearance in stores across the country the same day.

WTC Forums Closed
I was forced to shut down the WTC Forums today due to a sudden (and severe) problem with bot spam. The forums weren’t being used much, anyway, which was largely due to the fact that we’ve never had enough time to properly administrate them.
To those of you who used the forums, I apologize. We haven’t decided at this point whether we’re going to bring them back or simply move on to some other community site option.

NYC Cab Driver Takes Passengers Cross Country
John Belitsky of Leonia, New Jersey and his buddy Dan Wuebben of Queens, New York convinced a New York City cab driver named Mohammed Alam to drive them cross-country to California for no apparent reason. They gave the driver $5,000, stopping in Las Vegas along the way to pull down more than $2,000 in craps and blackjack.
