Rumor has it that IGN is selling Direct2Drive, their Steam competitor, to the Netflix-esque Gamefly for an undisclosed sum of money.

Neither company is willing to comment on the report at this time but several sources say that IGN has been trying to sell D2D for quite a while, now.
