CVG is reporting that Activision CEO Bobby Kotick wanted a chance to play around with Battlefield 3 during E3 this week but that EA said, “No,” without hesitation.

Sounds like Mr. Kotick might be a bit intimidated by his competition for once. Either that or he’s an epic troll of the highest order.
