Sony is asking all PSN members to agree to new terms of service (PDF) starting today – including an odd clause that takes away your ability to take them to court.

It’s all part of Sony’s plan to unify online services under the reformed Sony Entertainment Network, which doesn’t really have an impact on anyone otherwise.

It’s definitely worth noting before clicking, “I agree.”
