Man Severs Arm With Homemade Guillotine
A Bellingham, Washington man severed his arm just above the elbow using a homemade guillotine according to this report from the Bellingham Herald. Police found the arm and an elaborate homemade guillotine in a transient camp in the woods near a clinic where the man showed up around 11:30pm this past Thursday.
The arm was sent with the man to the hospital in hopes that it could be reattached to his body. He was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His condition is unknown.
Portal 2 Puzzle Creator: Sneak Peak
Valve published a sneak peak a few days back of the upcoming Puzzle Creator DLC editor for Portal 2. As you can see in the screenshot below, you use the editor to create a cartoon-ish looking design for your level and the game engine converts it to an actual playable level.

Google Fronts $100 Million to Boost YouTube Exclusives
Google announced via the YouTube blog yesterday that the company has fronted some of its biggest partners roughly $100 million to create more than a hundred channels dedicated to bringing exclusive content on the video streaming site starting next year.
Celebrities including Ashton Kutcher, Shaquille O’Neal, Tony Hawk, and Madonna are reportedly involved. YouTube is also working directly with media networks on the project.

Rockstar Considering Ports of San Andreas and Vice City
Following the report a few weeks back that Rockstar plans to bring Grand Theft Auto III to mobile devices next year, Digital Trends published a hands-on preview that includes a very interesting piece of information: it would be a “technical challenge” for the company to do the same thing with San Andreas and Vice City – but it’s still “very possible”.
San Andreas on a mobile device? Holy shit.
