Rockstar Games Confirms Grand Theft Auto V
Rockstar Games’ website says it all: we can expect a trailer for GTA V next week.
Update: A source close to the project says that the game takes place in Los Angeles and that the story will focus on several main characters.

German Police Arrest Serial Car Arsonist
Police in Berlin, Germany have arrested the 27 year old man who has been setting fire to luxury cars over the last three months. The arsonist, who says he did it simply because he’s out of a job and people who buy fancy cars “deserve it”, set fire to a total of 67 vehicles and caused a further 35 to burn simply because they were near his targets.
More than 500 police participated in the search for this little bastard.

Minecraft 360 Playable at MineCon Next Month
Mojang has confirmed that a playable version of the upcoming Kinect-enhanced Xbox 360 port of Minecraft will be playable at the first annual MineCon next month.
This might just be reason enough for me to invest in a Kinect adapter.

SR600EX Pro Smart Repeater
A company called Amped Wireless is claiming that the new SR600EX Pro Smart Repeater can boost your home Wi-Fi signal to such strengths that you’ll be able to access your network from up to 1.5 miles away. The device uses 600mW amplifier and only costs $180.
I’m going to wait for reviews, myself, but if this is true – damn. Must have.

FOX Working On Punisher TV Series
Despite the fact that none of the films based on the franchise have been successful, FOX just ordered a pilot for a TV series based on Marvel classic The Punisher.
The show will follow Frank Castle during the early years of his police career, when he was a cop by day and a vigilante killer by night. No word yet on who will play the leading role and it’s just a pilot so it may never actually air – but if it does, this could be cool.
