A Parks, Arizona man was arrested for trying to kill his neighbor with a samurai sword according to this report from the Arizona Daily Sun.
Dustin Charles Banbury, 21, was taken into custody at the scene of the crime without incident. The victim, who suffered a severed hand and multiple deep lacerations, was asleep when the attack started. He was airlifted to Flagstaff Medical Center in critical condition.
It’s unclear at this time what the motive was behind the attack. Banbury lives in a trailer near the victim’s home.
obviously the motivation was vengeance. the neighbor obviously dishonored him or his family in some manner and the whole thing was justified.
