Eva Eriksson, the County Governor in Värmland, Sweden, has formally proposed a law that outlaws bestiality nationwide after years of debate over the issue. (For those of you who don’t know, bestiality is the act of having sex with an animal such as a cow, goat, or horse.)

The following is an actual excerpt from The Local piece on her proposal:

According to Eriksson, the topic has been up for discussion over a longer period of time and she feels that “major societal changes” warrant a clear prohibition against sex with animals.

Major societal changes? At what point in recent history did people consider it acceptable to bury one’s dick in the back end of a farm animal? Sweet Jesus!
