The legal teams for Bethesda and Interplay have finally reached agreeable terms in the ridiculously long running dispute over rights to the Fallout franchise. The terms have not yet been disclosed but the case is over. We should know more later this month.

My only question at this point is whether Interplay managed to keep the fabled Fallout MMO dream alive under this mysterious (and sudden) agreement.
