bob ross is disliked by most artists (me being one of them), b/c he paints the same tree, the same river, the same mountain, etc etc over and over. it’s very repetitive.
Doesn’t everyone who is famous for focusing on one subject matter? At least he does it well enough. Take a deep breath.
Fuck you noodles, I’ve been a professional artist for over 40 years. I bet you are right out of collage. Fuck off and die. Bob Ross has helped more artists discover their skill than anyone in history.
He spent a lifetime showing creativity can be fun and rewarding. You’ve shown that untalented artist that follow rigid teaching methods right out of collage are pretentious fucks that degrade everything creative types spend their lives trying to discover.
You will never know what it is like to be truly creative. All you will ever be is a classroom lesson repeated ad nauseam. I can’t state enough as to how much I hate you and wish for your swift removal from the gene pool.
Calm yourself Dave. Sure, Noodles’ opinion might be controversial, but you don’t need to dish out three paragraphs of playground ridicule just to make a point. This isn’t a hater forum, we’re all brothers here at WTC.

And I might have been a little bit drunk when I wrote that and not entirely serious. Though reading it sober it would appear to be a violent rant. In my defence, BOB ROSS!!!!11!!

Actually, what got my ire was his use of the words “disliked by most artists”. I know plenty of artists and none of them dislike Bob or any other artist for that matter. It felt like an attack on my character, not just Bob Ross. That’s not what being creative is about.
Art is not football, it’s not a competition.
