Nintendo decided that last night was as good a time as any to confirm that a New Super Mario Bros. sequel is due out for the Nintendo 3DS worldwide in August. We can expect to hear details and see gameplay footage during Nintendo’s presentation at E3 2012.

I’m going to have to go out and buy a 3DS, now. Damn it.
