Microsoft basically confirmed today that that official-looking Xbox 720 marketing document that was leaked last week is in fact legitimate and we can expect a new console in 2013.

The tech giant sent legal notices to several sites that hosted copies of the file – including one to Dropbox and another to Scribd (where the document first popped up) - via Covington & Burling LLP, an international law firm that lists Microsoft as one of its clients.
