Professional photographer Dallas Nagata White and her husband were visiting the Kilauea lava flow in Hawaii recently. It started to rain. They used the opportunity to snap some back-lit photos using her DSLR, a tripod, and a basic wireless flash system.

The result? An incredible image that looks like it was created in Photoshop.
