I have sad news for Ghostbusters fans today. Bill Murray has officially dropped out of talks to do a third movie according to Dan Akroyd. Akroyd co-starred with Murray in the first two Ghostbusters films and he’s been leading the charge to reboot the franchise.

In even sadder news, Akroyd says he still intends to achieve his goal of bringing a third movie to life by passing the torch to the “younger generation”. In other words, he’s going to make this a cash grab and bury his dick balls deep in my childhood in the process.
