Activision Blizzard apparently refuses to give up on the idea of a World of WarCraft movie despite the fact that veteran director Sam Raimi is no longer working on the project.

In fact, Bobby Kotick told Variety magazine in a recent interview they’ve got a new writer to re-do the script. Charles Leavitt, who wrote K-PAX and Blood Diamond, is taking over. It’s a mystery as to who will actually direct the project at this point, however.
