A potentially fatal sexually transmitted disease has brought the production of pornography to its knees a grinding halt for the third time in as many years. This time, syphilis is the cause of the scare. A male actor in California was apparently infected but was forging his STD results so that he could continue working. It’s unclear at this point how many women were exposed.

So far, two major studios have halted all production until everyone in the industry is tested. It’s going to be at least a few months before things get back to “normal”.
