There was chaos in New York City today after a disgruntled former employee of an apparel design company executed the coworker he’d been feuding with outside of the Empire State Building and then exchanged fire with police through a crowd of terrified witnesses.

Both the shooter, identified as Jeffery Johnson, 55, and his victim were killed. Nine others were wounded, including the two police with whom Johnson exchanged fire.
