GoDaddy was the target of a massive distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack today that brought their entire network of hosted sites to its knees. And surprise! It appears as though a member – or at least a supporter – of Anonymous is to blame for the strike.

GoDaddy says no personal data was compromised, however they seem to be having a hell of a time cleaning up the mess left behind the douche responsible for the DDoS. Then again, that’s what you get for using a horrible company as your website’s hosting provider.
