Apple just started selling the iPhone 5 at its retail stores this morning and already the phone has been jailbroken by well known iPhone hacker Grant Paul, also known as chpwn. That’s a very good thing, too, because a lot of Apple fans are not happy with how Apple’s Google Maps replacement turned out. (It’s a giant piece of shit. Avoid the iOS 6 update.)

The jailbreak isn’t public yet but the fact that it was achieved on launch day is nuts.
