One of the many questions Star Wars fans have asked since Disney acquired Lucasfilm in late October is whether Marvel (a Disney property) would try to acquire the Star Wars license from Dark Horse Comics. And now we know the answer: yes, Marvel will get any and all new Star Wars comic contracts after Dark Horse’s current contract expires in 2013.

This is sure to cause some serious controversy in the comic book community.
