TMZ is reporting that rapper Lil’ Wayne (real name Dwayne Carter) is in critical condition at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles following a series of seizures.

Carter, 30, has been having the seizures since Tuesday. He’s currently in an induced coma. A source at the hospital has told several media outlets that things “don’t look good” right now.
