The World’s (New) Tallest Jesus Statue

Workers in the Polish town of Swiebodzin just put the final touches (read: installing the head) on the world’s new tallest statue of Jesus Christ. At 167 feet, it beats out the world famous homage to Christ in Rio De Janeiro by 40 feet.

Notch Hires Talented Graphic Artist to Minecraft Team

Notch has hired talented Swedish pixel artist Junkboy to the Minecraft team. Nobody knows what his role will be but it’s safe to assume that he’ll be doing something to spice up the game’s low-tech visuals.
