Apple Plans to Redesign iTunes, App Store
9to5Mac is reporting that Apple has big plans to overhaul both iTunes and the App Store later this year. No details or launch dates are available at this point but they’ve confirmed via sources at the company that the project is already underway.
This will be the first update to either storefront in the past three years.
The Art of Noodles: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
Another great piece from Chris Morkaut, also known as Noodles.

Transformers 4 Won’t Involve Actors From Previous Films
It was confirmed earlier this week that Michael Bay is a “lock” for Transformers 4. But it sounds like he may have to take a completely new angle with this one as almost none of the actors from the first three movies have signed on to participate.
It’s possible that they’re taking things back to Cybertron? That would be worth seeing.
I Am Legend 2
Warner Bros. just started casting for what could be one of the most unnecessary sequels ever: I Am Legend 2. It’s a done deal – as in they’re actually going to make it happen.
If you’ve ever seen the first film, you’re probably wondering, “How the fuck are they going to do that?” Your guess is as good as mine – but Will Smith is supposedly involved.
Unless this is going to be some kind of prequel, I just don’t see how that’s going to work out. And whatever they do, it won’t be based on a novel. I really don’t understand why a relatively good actor like Will Smith would do this.
Bad Santa II Confirmed
Billy Bob Thornton has confirmed that Bad Santa II is a real movie that’s actually going to happen in 2013. The script is finished and everyone’s favorite alcoholic, chain smoking, anal sex loving mall Santa is going to grace us with his presence again next Christmas.
If you’ve never seen the first one, do yourself a favor and check it out. It’s hilarious.
Battle: Los Angeles Director May Reboot TMNT
Jonathan Liebesman, the guy who directed the not-too-terrible Battle: Los Angeles and most recently Wrath of the Titans, is in talks to reboot the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film franchise according to a report from Hollywood Reporter.
Don’t get your hopes up just yet. We’ve been fooled by epic TMNT rumors once this year.
Fourth Transformers Film In the Works
Just when you thought Hasbro and Michael Bay were finished pounding the Transformers franchise in the ass, word has come down from producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura that Bay is a “lock” for a fourth film. In fact, they’re fast tracking it for a 2014 release.
Why, Hollywood? Why must you continue to rape my childhood?
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
I’m stuck between, “What the fuck?” and, “OMG AWESOME,” as far as a response goes.
