Bob Hoskins Hates Super Mario Brothers

In a recent interview with the Guardian, actor Bob Hoskins made his feelings about his part in the infamous Super Mario Brothers movie (circa 1993) clear:

“What is the worst job you’ve done?
Super Mario Brothers.

What has been your biggest disappointment?
Super Mario Brothers.

If you could edit your past, what would you change?
I wouldn’t do Super Mario Brothers.”

I remember being absolutely stoked for the movie when it was first announced. Seeing it, on the other hand, was kind of like finding out that Santa Claus wasn’t real and getting kicked square in the nuts in the same two hour span.

Netflix, LinkedIn, and Foursquare Apps Deemed Unsafe

A security firm called viaForensics says that the current versions of both the iPhone and Android apps from Netflix, LinkedIn, and FourSquare store passwords unencrypted.

FourSquare has already responded to the report with a fix – so be sure to download the new version if you even want to use their app at this point – but the others are still vulnerable.
