Foxconn head Terry Gou has confirmed that his company is in fact preparing its facilities to manufacture an Apple iTV. No word yet on how Tim Cook feels about Gou’s candor.
In any case, you can bet that this is going to be an awesome (and expensive) display.

Blizzard and Valve have settled their fight over Defense of the Ancients (DOTA).
Valve will be allowed to use the name commercially moving forward but Blizzard retains non-commercial use of the title for its community – maps for WarCraft 3 and StarCraft 2. Blizzard has also agreed to rename it’s forthcoming DOTA project to Blizzard All-Stars.
I love Valve but I have to say that this all seems like bullshit to me, legally speaking.
