Contact Opening Scene

This is the opening scene from the movie Contact. Someone posted this on Reddit the other day. I saw the movie years ago but I don’t remember the opening being this awesome.

Modern Warfare 2: 3rd Person Mode

According to this Kotaku article, there will be a brand new Gears of War style third person multiplayer view mode incorporated into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Introducing: Mr. Indigo

Hello! Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Mr. Indigo. I’m one of the latest batch of readers who have answered the call to contribute interesting (hopefully!) and irreverent content to WTC.

I’m a 39 year old from northern New York (and by northern I mean any further and I’d be Canadian, eh). I’m currently unemployed (know anyone who’s hiring?) so I have way too much time on my hands. I spend most of it on the computer and online. Most of what I look for online involves computers and tech in one way or another but I also like to keep an eye out for hot girls and I’m a fan of science fiction and fantasy (books, movies, and television).

I’ll try to spread my posts across as many topics as I can, at least at first until I find my niche. Please feel free to give me feedback on what you like or dislike about my posts as well as debate, so long as it’s polite. Feedback and even some debate (polite please, I love debate not attacks) is definitely desired!

Last but not least, thanks to the What The Christ? admins for this opportunity. I hope my contributions help the site to continue to grow!
