The reveal trailer for Medal of Honor: Warfighter has arrived.
Halo 4 – First Look
343 Industries released a “first look” video for Halo 4 today. It certainly looks (and sounds) like they’re taking the franchise in a completely new direction.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Coming November 12th
Despite Activision’s best efforts to keep the game under wraps, word has leaked that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is due out in stores worldwide on November 12th, 2012.
Treyarch is once again developing (no surprise, there) and it’s believed to be a direct follow-up to the events of the original, which has generated north of $1 billion in sales to date.

Another “Killcam of the Week” moment from Sniper Elite V2. Awesome.
Former id Software Artist Leaks Doom IV Media
A former id Software artist named Thao Le could face significant legal trouble for releasing this trove of Doom IV media. The download includes concept art, environment screenshots and music tracks from the game. Based on the content of the leak, it would appear that Doom IV is in fact a remake of Doom II: Hell On Earth.
Neither Bethesda nor id Software have commented on the authenticity of the files in the leak. Bethesda did, however, take a minute to squash yet another rumor that the project has been canceled. Still no word on when we can expect an official announcement, though.
Pre-Order Sniper Elite V2, Kill Adolf Hitler
If you pre-order Sniper Elite V2, the upcoming tactical shooter from 505 Games, you’ll be rewarded with a bonus mission in which you get the chance to kill Adolf Hitler.
I really can’t think of a more compelling reason to pre-order a video game.
Epic Games to Demo Unreal Engine 4 at GDC 2012
Remember a few weeks ago when Epic Games’ vice president Mark Rein was quoted as saying that we’d see the unveiling of Unreal Engine 4 this year? Well, it turns out that we’re going to get our first taste of the next generation platform next week at GDC 2012.
According to Rein, the new engine won’t even run on current-gen consoles. In fact, he says that it will require hardware “several times more powerful” than the Xbox 360. Considering that CEO Mike Capps made it clear this past summer that he intends to steer the company back toward the PC market, however, that doesn’t really come as a big surprise.
Sniper Elite V2 – Killcam of the Week #1
This game will have awesome animations, if nothing else.
EA Confirms Medal of Honor: Warfighter
The next entry in the Medal of Honor series will be called Warfighter and you can expect to see it in stores in October according to a report in the Official Xbox Magazine.
Danger Close, the same company that created the last game, is developing both the single player and the multiplayer this time. (DICE developed the multiplayer in the last game.)
Warfighter will run on Frostbite 2.0, same as Battlefield 3 and Need For Speed: The Run.
