Mario Played By AI
This is pretty cool. Some guy wrote software to play Super Mario for him. This is the most impressive of the videos he’s posted.
Duck Hunt Zapper Lamp
This was made by a girl who goes by fluffypants. The base is actually a 1.5x scale model of the game cartridge because the cartridge wasn’t solid enough to keep the lamp upright. Very cool!
Three HUGE New Wii Titles
Nintendo dropped names on three huge new titles for the Wii during their E3 presentation. The games are New Super Mario Bros. for the Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Metroid: Other M, which will be developed by Tecmo’s Team Ninja. Team Ninja is best known for the Ninja Gaiden franchise.
It looks like I may be busting out my Wii again in the near future.

Big Xbox 360 News at E3!
It was a big year for Microsoft and their Xbox 360 console at this year’s E3.
First, they announced a new motion sensitive control system called Project Natal. You can read more about it in this Engadget article. It looks to be a direct challenge to Nintendo’s Wiimote system.
Second, and in my opinion more importantly, Xbox Live! is going to see a huge upgrade in the way of 1080p Zune videos, Netflix browsing, and social networking integration for Twitter and Facebook. More on that in this Engadget article.
