Valve Working On Photoshop-esque Level Tool For Portal 2
According to GTTV host Geoff Keighley, the man behind The Final Hours of Portal 2, the devs at Valve are creating a level editor for Portal 2 that will make it quick and easy for fans to generate new test chambers that they can play and share.
He compares it to Photoshop in the expansion to his PC, Mac and iOS app, which takes a look inside the development of the game. Kotaku has some of the details.

Adobe Introduces Subscriptions For Creative Suite
Adobe announced yesterday that they’re rolling out Creative Suite 5.5 next month. The new version adds broader support for users who want to create content for smart phones and tablets as well as making it much easier to work with HTML5.
Adobe also announced that users will have the option of buying a subscription for each individual application as opposed to buying the suite outright.

DIY Local Globe
From Russia comes a new DIY project called Local Globes. Basically, you buy a cheap globe, create a map of your favorite location, and then use a Photoshop plug-in called Flexify to create a template to glue onto the globe.
